Proteus Business Solutions offers Technical Support to cover most IT hardware and software platforms. We can tailor support to your individual needs whether on a pay as you go basis or a long term contract arrangement.

Telephone Support is used as a first line service to guide users through day to day IT usage and assist with fault diagnosis. If required we will arrange for further action such as remote support or a site visit by either ourselves or other appointed technicians.

Remote Support is used to connect via the internet to your individual PC's or Servers. It is an invaluable tool that can be used to assist with basic user problems, fault diagnosis, remote application installation and configuration, pretty much anything that we could do if we had an engineer on-site but for a fraction of the cost and with the benefit of being available 24/7. Even when your offices are closed we can keep your servers running. We use BOMGAR a state of the art remote support service which uses a dedicated server based at our offices and all traffic is encrypted to ensure your data security.

On-site Support is generally used as a last resort for all issues, if we can't resolve a problem over the phone or via our remote support service we send one of our technicians to site to resolve the problem.

Remote Monitoring keeps an eye on your servers. We monitor critical systems as well as security, usage and dataflow which allows us to prevent issues arising and also recommend upgrades and changes to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
